3. Counter-Notification

  4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where TemplateHorizon is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification.
  5. Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the content.

4. Repeat Infringers

TemplateHorizon will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing content removed from our website or services more than twice.

5. Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. TemplateHorizon reserves the right to seek damages from any party that submits a knowingly false claim of copyright infringement.

6. Modifications to This Policy
